Hydraulic  double cylinder power shear 

The double cylinder power shear is designed for the demolition of scrap metal structures such as buildings, scrap cars, tanks, ships, bridges, etc. It is also widely used in scrap yards for steel shears recycling, increasing productivity and efficiency in all original operations, reducing costs and decreasing manpower requirements. The MK full range uses rotary gears that can withstand extra heavy loads and can rotate continuously through 360° to keep the hydraulic shear in a satisfactory position at all times, allowing you to have complete control of the job site and increase your work capacity.

Specification

This is an upgraded version of the DS upgrade, with the following improvements.
1. Blade design
Replacing the material of knife teeth to increase the service life of knife teeth.
The whole row of teeth is distributed in the shape of a hawk's beak, which makes it easier to gather and shear the material.
2. Cylinder upgrade
Increase the cylinder diameter to reduce the stroke, and adjust the installation position to increase the shear force to reduce the weight of the machine.
3. Hydraulic rotary motor upgrade
Change from single motor to double motor configuration, more stable operation, can guarantee the product in the tearing and sudden impact can still be safe.
